Our Board of Directors have been established to lead and guide the operation and development of this ministry by the direction of the Holy Spirit.

President, J.R. (Dick) Lyon; Dick has been involved in the Lynx ministries since 1973, serving in retreat ministries and as a member of the Board of Directors. He has been part of the growth of the Fellowship from a single bus serving the youth of Central Florida to today's status. Dick is an engineer, having graduated in 1958 from the University of Kentucky. The highlight of Dick's professional career has been his role in the development of NASA Kennedy Space Center's human space flight facilities for the Apollo Lunar Landing, the Space Shuttle, and the Space Station. His career with NASA spanned 33 years, 16 of which he served in a senior management position. Dick has served as Vice President of Caelum Research Corporation of Rockville, MD., and currently serves as the executive VP of the 600 man ASRC Aerospace Cor-poration. ASRC has a contract with NASA to advise on the Orbital Space Flight Program, which includes the new space vehicles that support the orbiting Space Station.

Secretary/Treasurer, Gary Large; Following his graduation from the University of Florida School of Law in 1974, Mr. Large began practicing law in Titusville, FL and has practiced there to this date. He has been a trial lawyer throughout his career, and currently practices as the Assistant State's Attorney for the 17th District of Florida. Gary is an active member of Park Avenue Baptist Church, The Good News Jail and Prison Ministry, and has been a part of FCIA since 1983. He has served FCIA in the retreat ministry and as a board member for many years. He is active in community affairs and currently serves as Chairman of the Brevard County Law Library Board of Trustees and as Vice-Pres. of the LaCita Tennis Assoc.

Director, Kevin L. Burkett; Kevin is a 1978 graduate of Purdue University and is a construction manager for Huber, Hunt & Nichols, a commercial construction company in Orlando, FL. Kevin is an original member of the land acquisition group of the property now known as Eagle Rock. He has been increasingly affiliated with the FCIA ministry since 1990 and now serves as a board member. Kevin also serves as an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando where he been ac-tive in youth ministry, outreach and missions.
